We're still us and our product is still the same, but we are adopting The Heritage Flour Baking Co. as the name we want to be known by going forward, to reflect the transition we've made to using heritage and ancient grains in our biscotti and all of our other product. We are excited about this new season, and our 5th year at the markets.
