Where are the Farm-Grown Greens?
A few years ago we tried an experiment. Everyone loves our farm-grown greens like spinach, baby lettuce and arugula, so we decided to try to grow them on a year-round basis. They sure did taste good, and we loved having them on our tables as much as you all do.  So in the growing sense, the experiment was a success.  But in the financial sense (it cost HOW MUCH to heat the greenhouses all winter?) this experiment is simply not sustainable.  So we aren't growing greens over the coldest winter months this year. Don't panic though...
Mj has been hounding produce vendors throughout New England to try to find the freshest and best tasting greens available to us. 
And we promise to begin a countdown when we start seeding greens again later this winter.

Whether you are 8 or 80 Joann will show you some basic postures and stretches to make you feel healthier and more flexible.
