KOP Restaurant Week & KOP Shops for CHOP

March 11-17, 2019

With a restaurant for every palate and price-point, King of Prussia’s diverse dining scene has never been hotter. From small plates to family-style, fast casual to fine dining, you’ll find it all here in KOP. Try them all (or least a few!) March 11-17, when KOP Restaurant Week returns with incredible prix-fixe lunch and dinner menus benefiting Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s (CHOP) King of Prussia Specialty Care Center. Then get ready to save big while supporting a great cause during KOP Shops for CHOP. Throughout March 11-17, select retailers will donate a portion of their proceeds to CHOP KOP, and others have committed to donating to CHOP in the name of this campaign.

Board of Community Assistance Grant Program

Non-profit organizations and Upper Merion students are encouraged to apply for one of many possible grants that are awarded through the BCA each year. The award applications will be accepted now through April 1, 2019. Learn more.

KOPSC Spring 2019 Intramural Soccer

Spring Intramural Soccer registration is open! This is a beginner soccer program for boys and girls ages 5-9. No travel is involved. The program focuses on basics and fun! A Tree for Your Yard

Upper Merion Shade Tree and Beautification Commission and UM Tree Tenders will once again offer bare root trees for sale for spring planting. When trees live among us, they give us so many wonderful benefits, including clean air and water, energy savings, increased home values, and more. Trip the National Constitution Center

Thursday, March 21 | Depart at 9:00AM

Join us on a guided tour of the National Constitution Center in historic Philadelphia and a special exhibit about Alexander Hamilton. The cost of the trip is $16.00 for UMSSC members and $18.00 for non-members. Travel via carpool to public transportation (Norristown High Speed line & the Market-Frankford Line) into the city. Registration forms are available in the lobby.

Roadway Restrictions & Alerts

Traffic Signal Replacement

In January, the township began replacing the LED signal indicators at 33 intersections. The township’s Traffic Signal Division, along with Signal Service Inc., will be performing the work for about four to six weeks, depending on the weather. Learn more. | 610-265-2600
