Josh Gansky will lead this seminar on an exploration of ways to better navigate through our busy and stress-filled lives. Mindfulness has been defined as a way of paying attention, fully and with interest, to what is happening in the present moment, without judgment. Join Josh for an evening of connection, reflection, and self-care.


Adult Coloring Night

Knit Nite

Fourth Monday of the Month •For all ages – from veterans to wanna-be knitters. If you don’t know how to knit and want to learn, our more experienced knitters are always eager pass on their skills, and some advanced knitters are usually available to help with patterns and designs.
