We will partake in delicious and nutritious foods, including vegetarian, sugar-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free selections.

If you love great products that are as fun as they are good for you then you’re going to love Perfectly Posh. They use the very best and most natural ingredients available, with no irritating or controversial ingredients or fillers. The most luxurious butters, oils, fruits and flowers are used with simplicity. In addition, all of their products are made in the USA. They source and blend quality ingredients from all across this great country to bring you the best products for your pampering pleasure.

10:00 – 11:00 am: Home Exercise and Stretching for All Ages

US News and World Report says that the ticket to living well into your golden years is a lifelong exercise program. Whether you are 35 or 85, regular exercise and stretching can help with many common ailments, as well as safeguarding against more serious problems down the road. We will be learning simple exercises and stretches that can be done in the home with minimal equipment and can be modified for all ability levels.

11:00 am – 12:00 pm: “Put our Best Fork Forward” – Nutrition Workshop

March is National Nutrition Month! The theme for 2017, “Put our Best Fork Forward”, reminds us that each bite counts. Making just small shifts in our food choices can add up over time. This presentation, developed by a registered dietitian, will provide interesting and important information benefiting ladies of all ages!

Please RSVP to sisterhood@bethmiriam.org by March 1st

This is a free event for those who have paid their Sisterhood dues for 2017. Dues can be paid at the door, checks made payable to TBM SISTERHOOD. You do not need to be a member of TBM to join the Sisterhood, so friends and family are all invited to join!

Simchat Shabbat!  A New 6:30 PM Friday Evening Service

We heard you!

As part of our way of offering a Shabbat experience to younger families, we are offering a 6:30 pm service on March 17, April 21, May 26 and June 9.  These services will be over by 7:30 (at which point, if you would like to say Kaddish but don’t want to be at the service so early, Rabbi Cy and Cantor Marnie will be there to lead it with you.)  The services will be filled with the music you know and love and may use the new Mishkan Tefillah for Children or the regular Mishkan Tefillah.

Everyone is most welcome to these services; young, older, members of the community, people interested in the community and everyone in between!

Please mark you calendars or refer to the temple calendar
