An Exhibit by Lina Rincon

Award-winning artist Lina Rincon features her original equine artworks in this solo exhibition.
The appearance of horses in her works reflects the presence of freedom, power, relaxation, and self-relief. In this recent work, Ms. Rincon shows her Revival from the ashes of her recent tragedy. Through her original works in oils, acrylics and ink, the artist shows the world that there always will be a new beginning. Prints will be available.

PUMPKIN PATCH

TRINITY FALLS | 7801 Trinity Falls Parkway

Trinity Falls is offering a “gourd-geous” opportunity to see the community and enjoy fall-related fun all while supporting a good cause. Pumpkins are $2 each, with proceeds benefiting CASA of Collin County. Visitors can select specific times to pick up their pumpkin at 7801 Trinity Falls Parkway. There will also be take-home activities for children and a photo wall. Models and available homes will also be open for touring for those wanting to visit. Drive-Thru Pumpkin Patch tickets can be purchased online.

Head to the patio rooftop of The Comedy Arena and experience some social-distancing, rooftop, top-notch comedy. The number of tickets available to this comedy show is limited to provide for a safe environment. This show features some of the city's most seasoned comedians who have performed all over the country, won contests, and take comedy to new levels! Get $12 tickets online. A Smithsonian Exhibit

HEARD-CRAIG CENTER FOR THE ARTS | 205 W Hunt St.
The Heard-Craig Center for the Arts is showcasing a free exhibit, "Votes for Women - A Portrait of Persistence." This traveling exhibit corresponds with the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment that gave women the right to vote following the decades-long Women's Suffrage Movement. Everyone is welcome. The exhibit is organized by the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service in collaboration with the National Portrait Gallery. The project received support from the Smithsonian American Women’s History Initiative. Admission is free, but reservations are required to allow for safe distancing measurements. DINOSAURS LIVE!

Encounter the 46-foot T-Rex and nine new life-size animatronic dinosaurs along the nature trails at the 15th Annual Dinosaurs Live! The exhibit always gives families and friends a fun, educational activity to enjoy together. See the dinosaurs move and hear them roar! Photo op and play area dinosaurs will be available as well. This year, the exhibit also features an outdoor fossil dig. The dinosaur trail is jogging stroller-friendly; it is not suitable for strollers with small wheels or wheelchairs. Runs through February 15, 2021.
