Liliana Dougan is The Pasta Goddess!
She developed her line of pastas with lots of work and experimentation, and they are now available in many fine food outlets.
Liliana will join us this Saturday to demonstrate making sauces and various preparations for these delicious ready-to-cook pastas. 
Saturday January 14 from 11-1 in the market.

New in the Market!
Gorgonzola Dolce- Pastuerized Cow’s Milk made in Piedmont, Italy. 
Meaning “sweet” in Italian, Gorgonzola dolce’s flavors are milky and unctuous, with notes of sour cream and butter and a clean, lactic tang. Flavors are not nearly as assertive as in Gorgonzola Naturale.

Have you always wanted to attend a yoga class but have been too intimidated to try? This is the class for you!
Join the Beginner Yoga Class with 
Dorothy Stover Wednesdays at 5:30 pm

The first class starts this week (Tonight)!
Designed specifically for people who have never done yoga, or whose practice has lapsed over time, or maybe those with injuries wanting to restart their yoga practice with modifications.
We will be moving mindfully through a variety of beginner level yoga poses, connecting with our breath and becoming familiar with yoga language and meditation. This will be a supportive and uplifting class.
