Sandy Pond Custom Home

This Pond front custom home, completed in 2014 boasts over 5,500 square feet of living space. The home includes 4 bedrooms,  5 1/2 baths, expansive great room, office,  exercise room, game room,  finished walk-out basement, main floor laundry , pantry and attached garage.

The home was designed to take advantage of the beautiful views of Big Sandy Pond with it's large windows, decks & balconies on the pond side. Some unique features include a modern fireplace with an expansive two story stone & wood surround, Basement bar & custom built-in bunk beds.

The client had this to say about working with us:

"My husband and I were asked to write a testimonial for Eric.  We spent a lot of time gathering our thoughts on what we were going to say and went on his web site to submit our letter. Unfortunately, we had to start over because everything we had written we read in the testimonials submitted by other couples. Professionalism, quality, attention to detail, superb craftsmanship, incredible team.

Our project was challenging in that it was a waterfront tear down. Our custom home is over 5,000 square feet.  During the entire project Eric was calm, listened to what our goals were and was there to offer suggestions on how to achieve them. When the house was framed he walked us through what each room would be like. As a result we made some changes before hand which saved us from having add ons. He was there every step of the way and we never had a negative experience. It has been a privilege working with Eric and his team.  We are thrilled to have our dream home."

The Staff visit the International Builders Show
Some of the staff had opportunity to visit this year's International Builder's Show in Las Vegas. The crew took the time out to learn about new and innovative products, sit in on some valuable seminars and get caught up on all the latest & greatest the industry has to offer. Here are some highlights of some of the latest innovations from the show:

Dale Hermansen
Joining the team in Summer of 2014 Dale is one of the newer members of our team and was a welcome addition. Dale was born and raised on the south shore and now lives with his wife Joanne and two daughters Ashley & Gabriella in Wareham, MA. Dale is a father and husband first and loves spending time with his family. He loves fishing and really anything that involves being by the ocean.
Dale’s interest in carpentry began at a young age when he would observe his grandfather... Read more...
One of the many new and interesting products that stood out to Eric at the international builders show takes the latest trend of using reclaimed wood on walls and ceilings and combines it with a super easy peel and stick application.

It is real reclaimed wood that's been sliced super thin to create a lightweight wooden panel that can stick to most wall & ceiling surfaces. It comes in a variety of colors and even some prestamped patterns.

It's thin format & easy peel & stick application make it a great alternative to standard wood planking, saving the homeowner money on material & install.

Winter is finally here, despite it's delayed start. We know snowballs and winter are a perfect pair and these will be the tastiest snowballs you've ever rolled between your palms! A pleasant pairing of caramelized white chocolate, lime and coconut make up this truffle-like dessert.
