About the Movie
The Highlands Rediscovered brings to life the history of New Jersey’s Highlands region, illustrating how it became the principal source of drinking water for more than two-thirds of New Jersey’s population. It also presents the challenges the region faces today to preserve its important forests from the pressure of unsustainable development and climate change.
