The Blue Ribbon Foundation is a subsidiary of the Western Fairs Association. The Foundation is dedicated to supporting the fair industry through professional and public outreach. The vision of the Blue Ribbon Foundation is to sustain the fair industry with a consistent presence of leadership and support through training, educational scholarships, and professional services. RYANN NEWMAN
 
 
 
 
Ryann Newman is a long time Western Fairs Association Member, and your new Food & Beverage Field Representative. The Food and Beverage Field Representative assists the Food and Beverage Division as well as fairs stay in compliance and informed with California Food Laws. The Field Representative also assists the division on local issues with environmental health directors and represents the division at the state wide capital’s, California Uniformed Food Facilities Committee. Ryann will stay up to date on all food and beverage training and regulations and inform our membership.
