The spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is dramatically impacting our normal personal and professional lives. The health and safety of our team, agency associates and policyholders is our top priority. Our goal is to continue our high quality service. If needed, we will activate our corporate response plan and business continuity plan.
Future implementation if needed:
Our plan enables us to support our agents and policyholder needs while we have our agents work from home as they feel the need. While all critical functions and communications will continue, we expect minimal interruption to our business operations. We do anticipate a manageable adjustment period as we and the nation adapt a "new normal" as we collectively deal with the COVID 19. Please be aware that most of our agents have children that will be at home as many of you will as well.
We are encouraging all customers to consider the best options for paying your premiums, make changes to policies or filing claims. Please do not mail payments to our office. Please mail directly to the carrier or pay your premiums online directly with the carrier.
