Four Funny Females: Laugh Your SPANX Off 
(Saturday)
Back by popular demand and now in their 12th year, McKinney's Laura Bartlett returns with comedians Jan Norton, Sherry Belle and Linda Stogner. Lauded as one of the McKinney Performing Arts Centers' most popular and most requested programs, Four Funny Females isn't designed to shock or offend, but leave audiences feeling better about themselves and the world around them. According to Bartlett, comedian and the show's Executive Producer, "Funny Females began as a grassroots movement to get women laughing again...women who would ordinarily never step foot in a comedy club." $22 general admission, 8-9:30 p.m. in the McKinney Performing Arts Center Courtroom Theater.
 
 
 
 
 
Reflections and Shadows by Anne Womack (Friday-Sunday)
This show will feature a variety of still life paintings based on reflections, shadows, and color harmony that present everyday objects in a new way. A native of Meridian, Mississippi, and a North Texan since 1982,artist Anne Womack has pursued painting independently, while also studying art and painting at colleges and universities in Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. Free admission. Times are Friday, 6-9 p.m.; Saturday, 5-9 p.m.; and Sunday. 1-3 p.m. At The Cove, 402 N. Tennessee.

Dinosaurs Live! (Through Feb. 18) 
Encounter the 46-foot T-Rex and nine new life-size animatronic dinosaurs along the Heard Museum’s nature trails at the 12th annual Dinosaurs Live! Photo op and play area dinosaurs available too. The dinosaur trail is jogging stroller friendly. Included with admission. (The dinosaurs won't be turned on when the temperature is below 45 degrees.) 

Nature Story Time (Friday)
This weekly story time focuses on nature-related stories to engage children in learning and the appreciation and care of nature. 10:30-11 a.m. Included in museum admission.

Diana: The Dancing Dinosaur

The Youth Ballet of Texas presents a ballet for the young and young at heart about a dinosaur toy and her friends who come alive to create a special ballet for their young owner's birthday. 4:30-5:30 p.m. $10 adults, $5 seniors 65+ and children 12 and under.
