♦Sister Cities leadership will travel to Nagaoka in August to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Harashin program.

♦ Mayor Price, along with Fort Worth Sister Cities leadership visited Toluca in June to meet new Mayor Zamora.

♦ Sister Cities is partnering with the Fort Worth Rotary Club on a possible wheelchair exchange to Swaziland in 2017.  Stay tuned.
♦ Mbabane is sending 8 students, and 1 chaperone to the International Leadership Academy in July. 
 
 
 
♦ 7 students, 2 Delegation Leaders, and 1 Associate Delegation Leader traveled to Guiyang, China in June.
♦ Mayor Pro Tem Sal Espino lead a group of 20 to Guiyang in June to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the relationship.
♦ Guiyang is sending 10 students, and 2 chaperones to the International Leadership Academy in July. 
 
 
 
♦ On June 18, Fort Worth Youth International's President Harry Thomas and Vice President Sam DeRobertis represented Sister Cities at World Refugee Day.
 
 
 
♦This summer's interns include Emily Gibson, Cole Harper, Morgan Kaminski, Alex Patershuk, Sam Silindza, Katie Super, Sarah Tahri, Holly Wright, and Betty Xie. Thank you for all your service to Fort Worth Sister Cities. We couldn’t do what we do without you! ​
