Join us for a screening of the Anthony Bourdain documentary, Wasted: A Story of Food Waste at the Katonah Village Library on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 7pm. The Film Screening will be followed by a panel of area chefs led by Bedford 2020's Food and Agriculture Task Force Chair Karen Simons. Panelists to include Jay Lippin of Crabtree's Kittle House, Leslie Lampert of Ladle of Love, and Michael Kaphan of Farmer and the Fish.
