Delta continues to push their partnership with Roadie to 50 new airport locations this summer.  Roadie reconnects lost or delayed luggage with their owners. Roadie is able to provide a real-time update on the location of a passenger’s luggage and is able to reconnect left-behind luggage with their owners up to 60% quicker! Read more here.

Aira, a service for low vision or blind passengers, is now complimentary throughout the terminal. The Aira app will connect you to a professional agent who can guide you through our airport, alert you to flight changes, find an open seat, grab a taxi, or even assist with ordering items at our restaurants. Dane County Regional Airport is proud to participate in some of the biggest summer events in Madison. On July 13th and 14th the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art will be hosting the Art Fair, one of the most popular outdoor art celebrations in the Midwest! Taste of Madison, a celebration of local food and entertainment, is hosted over Labor Day weekend on the Capitol Square and is a free admission festival! Taxiway Construction At MSN

Construction never stops at the airport. This project will connect the East Ramp (General Aviation traffic) to our primary runway, 18/36. Not only will this enhance airfield safety, it will also add significant efficiencies for aircraft arriving to and departing from Wisconsin Aviation. 
American Airlines Reduces Over-sized Baggage Fee

American Airlines is making things happen for passengers who don’t necessarily travel small. Passengers who travel with large equipment, from musical instruments to snow boards and skis, will be happy that the fee to travel with larger than normal baggage has been reduced to $30! American Airlines Upgrades To Mainline Service To Dallas-Fort Worth

Starting September 9th, the 1:30 p.m. departure from Madison to Dallas-Fort Worth will be upgraded from a 76 seat, Embraer E175, to a 128 seat, 3 cabin, mainline Airbus A319.  “Enhancements like this help ensure that our passengers have a relaxing and enjoyable experience in every part of their journey.” said Dane County Executive Joe Parisi.
United Airlines Adds Non-stop Flight And More Seats For UW-Madison Football Season

University of Wisconsin football fans are in for a treat. New flights are being added specifically for the convenience of traveling to out of town games! The schedule will feature non-stop flights to Chicago and Denver. A point-to-point flight with special accommodations has been added as well for the UW Madison vs Ohio State University game that is scheduled to take place on October 26, 2019.  Tickets are on sale now!
Airport Celebrates 80 Years Of Commercial Flights

We hope that you were able to join us as we celebrated 80 years of commercial flights. On Sunday, June 23rd, the airport celebrated its 80th anniversary with of over 2,000 attendees of all ages. The celebration featured bus tours, games, art, and a special visit from the Soggy Prairie Boys and Chris Kroeze. View the pictures here.
