ArtWalk Carlsbad:  September 22 & 23

The inaugural ArtWalk Carlsbad festival was spectacular!  Perfect weather, spectacular views of the ocean, amazing art to see and purchase, and a fabulous line up of entertainment headlined by Steve Poltz.  We want to extend a HUGE THANK YOU to all who attended, exhibited and volunteered. Thank you to our sponsors and partners including the wonderful team at the City of Carlsbad for tremendous support throughout the planning and production of this festival.

This new festival combines both fine artists selling  work and the performance art known as street painting, with more than 50 chalk artists filling the asphalt with colorful murals.  As San Diego County's only chalk festival, we found the enthusiasm and participation to be terrific.

We'll keep you updated on our 2019 dates for all three of our fine art festivals soon.  Follow us on social media for updates. Click on the icons above or look for ArtWalkSD.
Artists Support ArtReach

Several participating artists donated a portion of their sales at the festival to ArtReach, the not-for-profit art education program that provides free or low cost visual arts workshops into K-6 schools countywide that would not otherwise have art education in their curriculum. Please join us in thanking these generous artists:
