Collaborative Installation
Friday-Saturday | Free | The Cove, 402 N. Tennessee

An installation highlighting the interaction between 2D and 3D works will be the feature exhibit at The Cove. The exhibit features works by creative Cove colleagues Kim Guthrie, Teresa Krieger, Leo Malboeuf, Barbara and James Masond, Melissa Patrello, and Anne Royer. Every artist adapted their work to the requirements of the project, conforming to color and thematic requirements, and adjusting their work to large scale formats. Friday, 7-9 p.m. and Saturday, 6-9 p.m.

'Love the One You're With' Concert

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special concert featuring the Maylee Thomas Band and Jon Christopher Davis. Doors open at 7 p.m.; music starts at 8 p.m. Downstairs reserved tables with seating for four are $150 per table. Balcony seats (first come, first served) are $20 each. All tickets include complimentary desserts and coffee.

Parents Night Out: Valentine's Day - Thursday thru Saturday, 5-9 p.m. Kids will enjoy heart-shaped pizzas, Valentine's Day crafts and watching The Little Mermaid. At the Craig Ranch Fitness Youth Center, 7910 Collin McKinney Pkwy. Rates are per child. Non-member rate is $5 more per child.

 

Valentine's Day Date Night Baking Class - Friday, 7-9 p.m. Learn to make French macarons in this fun date night class. You'll work in a small group to make a batch of macarons then each person takes home a gift box of macarons that they made, a recipe card and a Savor tote bag. $120 per couple. Feathered Friends: 13 Texas Endangered
and Threatened Birds

Thru March 22 
Explore an exhibition that features 13 endangered and threatened birds native to Texas as interpreted by 14 local, award-winning artists. Guests will also learn more about what action is being taken to save our avian neighbors. Included with museum admission.

Dinosaurs Live
LAST WEEKEND! | Included w/admission
Encounter the 46-foot T-Rex and nine other life-size animatronic dinosaurs along the nature trails. The exhibit gives families a fun, educational activity to enjoy, and makes for great photos.   • Third Saturday Nature Talks - Saturday, 9:30-10:30 a.m. February's nature talk focuses on backyard birds - how to identify them and record our sightings for a historical record. Please dress appropriately because part of this talk will be outside. Bring binoculars if you have them.
