Nicolas Delacruz- Produce Manager,
Connecticut, Mass
Years with the Farm- 3+ years

Nick’s first idea of Nantucket Island was just, “some town off the cape”. After staying for some years having moved here with his girlfriend, Martha, he has come to know the island for its amazing community and sense of family within his workplace. Beginning at Bartlett’s as a member of the Market department before recent his promotion to Produce Manager,  Nick finds excitement in his work by staying busy & keeping all produce looking fresh and delicious. When the high season rolls in and an influx of new employees can be found on the farm, He enjoys showing them the importance of great customer service and the colorful varieties of produce that we offer to the island. Always with a positive attitude and smile on his face, Nick can be found on the market floor, with a helping hand ever at the ready.
In his free time, Nick can be found caring for his pet snails, riding his long board around the island, or playing music, singing included!
