NEW CHEESES!
Q
uadrello di Bufala
Reminiscent of Taleggio, in both its shape and rind treatment, Quadrello di Bufala commands just as much attention as its cows' milk counterpart while maintaining a far more reserved flavor profile. The sticky, semi-soft paste is pleasantly mild yet packed with the hearty notes of thick cream flavors found in water buffalo cheeses. An intriguing yeasty note weaves in and out across your palate and invites this restrained washed rind cheese to delight the senses.

Ewephoria Sheep’s Milk Gouda
This new creation from Holland is unlike any other sheep milk cheese you have ever tasted.  Though this cheese has been aged for only one year, it has developed a sweet and nutty flavor, making it an excellent choice for pairing with fruit or dessert. The crunchy stuff makes a blissful snack with drinks like Sherry or Porter and is
delicious melted on pies or dessert breads.

Mystic Cheese Company
We are obsessed with the new fresh cheeses from
Mystic  Cheese in Connecticut.
Try Mystic Cheese Co’s “Sea Change” which is a soft, spreadable
pudge-ball of a cheese with fresh, briny, milky flavors and aromas.
Yum!
