Happy New Year New Art Center Community!
Our creative family adds so much to all of our lives.  Let your heart be warmed by art this cold winter season. Classes begin Jan 2nd. Resolve to Create.
Try something new in the NEW YEAR.  We can’t wait to see what you make!

Take a trip up to the Holzwasser Gallery and let Ellen Leader's paintings take you on a journey in her show “Through the Eyes of a Traveler” on view from January 10 -February 23.  Ellen will be giving an Artist Talk on Tuesday, January 15, 5:30 PM.

MLK day is coming right up on Jan 21st. We have tons of new vacation programming available, from MLK day to summer break.

If you find that you have gotten something great from NAC and our creative  community this past year, consider giving back this coming year.
There are so many fun workshops coming up this winter.  You can challenge yourself without a full class commitment.  But if in the New Year you resolved to jump in with both feet, there are still Winter Classes that you can try.
Here is a taste of the first few workshops in January.
Try something new this new year!

Ellen Leader’s current work brings together her love of art and her fascination with learning about world cultures. “When I travel to new places,” she explains, “I always want to imagine what it would be like to live there – to speak the language, to commute to work, to look at the views, to walk in a park, to know the people. As my work has evolved, I’ve also started to look at Boston and places closer to home in the same way – through the eyes of a traveler.” For each painting in this exhibition, Leader captures views from home and abroad.

On view in the Holzwasser Gallery. This exhibition is free and open to the public.
