Creating a Heart Healthy Lifestyle
February is all about love, so how about showing some love.... for your heart! Registered Dietitian Kathleen Minihan will share her knowledge about what it takes to have a heart healthy lifestyle. Learn which ingredients are best for making simple meals. She'll teach you what to look for when shopping for prepared foods and she will be joined by a personal trainer who will help you get started on an exercise routine that will help you build your most important muscle, your heart. Tastings of delicious heart healthy foods will be available and there will even be time to ask one on one questions with Kathleen and Certified Personal Trainer and fitness instructor Jonathan Rodriguez.

Talk begins at 10am in the Hayloft.

March's First Friday Dinner
will feature several courses served both
individually and family style.
Start with some preferred artisinal cheeses selected by our
charcutier, Leah Mojer.

Continue with FreeBird chicken, leek, and tarragon soup.

Our own organic greens are producing very well, so we will feature greens that are picked the day of the dinner in a salad with dried cranberries, glazed cashews, and a shallot vinaigrette.

Marry-Me mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, mushroom-crusted filet of beef tenderloin and homemade tomato pasta with fresh basil and artichokes, herbs and feta will be passed.

And to top it all off, dessert includes a chocolate platter, cookie, brownie, truffle, strawberry and port.
The doors to the Hayloft open at 6pm,
with dinner served promptly at 6:30.
Special March Madness Price is $45 per person.
Gratuity is included

Blood Oranges


Blood Oranges are tasty right out of hand, or you can use the juice in a vinaigrette dressing. Sicilians like blood oranges and fennel sliced thin and drizzled with olive oil. Now's the time to try them, as their season is short! You can find them in the produce section in the market!

Organic FreeBird Chicken


Call in any day by 2pm to reserve your Freebird Chicken for dinner. Pick it up, hot and freshly baked, between 4 and 6pm. Your chicken will be in a foil pan, ready to go right into your oven, with reheating instructions attached.

Custom salads at the kitchen counter are back! Using our own fresh greens and tons of terrific toppings, you can have a fresh mesclun salad made to your specifications with your choice of nine veggies, seven proteins, and eight kinds of cheese!

Or you can choose the daily lunch special or a
cup of hot farm-made soup!
Bring your laptop, pick up our wifi signal, log on, and sit down to enjoy your lunch.
